Introduction -
Tuff coat HR paint is specially Developed product for various applications where heat resistance to specific Temp range is required .HR 250 paint Black is designed for Temperature resistance up to 250° C & it is available in matt, semi gloss & Glossy finishes .

Key Properties:
1. Product is air drying & it can be baked at elevated temperature.
2. Good Adhesion properties & can be applied without Primer on M.S.
Application:
HR 250 Paint Black can be applied by Brush or spray on Primed & unprimed surfaces. For Galvaniged steel or Aluminum or stenless steel, Etch Primer is recommended as undercoat. Apply Minimum 2 Coats. with or without diluting the paint to get dry film thickness not more than 25 µ per coat. Thicker film may peel - off on edging

Heat Resistant Aluminum Paint can be applied by Brush or spraying on primed & unprimed surfaces, ensure that surface is totally cleaned & dried
Apply minimum 2 coats without diluting. Total Dry Film Thickness should not exceed more than 30 microns in single coat; thicker film may peel off on edging.
