Painting Process Flow Basic

After receiving formulation sheet, various raw materials like resins, pigments, are properly weighed as per the formula.
This various materials are then added to one container serially after that manual mixing is done by stirrers, after this mixture is formed it is stirred under high speed electrical stirrer to form homogeneous paste like mixture

This mixture is then transferred to machine (Attritor) for further fine grinding of the paste.

This then is grinded under constant speed for about 3- 6 hours depending upon the type of the material in process, time to time the fineness of grinding is checked & after proper particle size of the material it is discharged into fresh container

After cooling the material at the room temperature for 6 -7 hours additions are made for improving the drying, Gloss, hardness etc. of the material, shade matching of the paint for desired colour shade is done, & sample is forwarded to Q.C lab for testing.

After Q.C approval of batch finish material is shifted to packing for proper packing as per demand & then material is transferred to stores
